I have the $70 a month subscription to my blog gest . com, which allows me to upload an unlimited amount of content into their system, and blog owners there can grab it and easily publish it. If you can actually write good unique content, I'll publish your content in the system, with your link intact, and if it's good enough, it will usually get published that same day or 48 hours later. My benefit will be that I'll add my relevant link in the content as well. If I don't have a relevant link, I may still publish your content, but it's got to be good, and unique. No character encoding, no spinning, etc.
