I have a free online course that has received around 50 shares in a few years. It's o.k. but I feel that it deserves more. I was thinking of cutting the free course down as I was thinking I was giving too much away. but then I thought if there was an automatic way to force people to share it in the course then I could get something out of it.
IDK, like a way that they have to click the share button to continue with the course. I am asking them now to send me a link of where they shared it. Yet that's not automatic. I guess it seems a little blackhat, but it's free and all they have to do is share it.
I remembered I saw some video with Paddy Moogan and he told a story about someone who shared content on twitter got a free product.
So how can I force users to share via social media? And if they don't not let them past a point in the course?
I have been using simple html share links so something like that would be best if possible.
Thanks for reading.
