The lazyman, small quick money method: Put the site on auction on Namecheap or GoDaddy Auctions. You might get a few tens to hundreds dollars for it.
The honest, hard working citizen method: start a site, grow it with whitehat tactics, sell the site along with the domain for several thousand.
The dishonest, hardworking citizen method: start a site, go full blackhat, buy links, grow the site, sell adspace and prolly links too and then sell the site.
The blackhat domain Magnate method: The big guys know a single domain ain't worth much in the IM game, So start a PBN, buy several other domains, make an appropriate site for your exact-match keyword, make other sites and link them to this website, grow it, make money.
A domain name is like a plot of land. Its value in the end will depend on what you're gonna do with it.
Would you do the mainsite with wordpress?
