    Hey all.

Well I gotta be honest... I'm pretty bored. So I thought I'd share my dream/ goal that I've had for the past 2-ish years.

When I was driving with my Fiancee one time that I was visiting her, we drove past this estate with loads of huge houses! They looked absolutely amazing! I was like...

So I asked her how much a house like that would cost (as I don't know the housing market in the US that well - I'm from the UK). She said, "About $1M." Then I was like...

So anyway... My dream is to save up enough money to buy a house on that estate in ca$h. Currently not doing too well on that plan :D . But I know that some pro-IMers (like Pat Flynn, Spencer Haws, etc.) could easily have that saved up within a few years. So I know it's achievable, I just have to put the work in.

    Oh by the way...

This is one of the houses on the edge of the estate.

I know we share pictures of cars and bikes that we all really want to buy with our IM money, but do you all have one HUGE thing that you want to buy? Like a house? Or a rocket ship?

When you move in you'll need a stable filled with horses too and a family insignia/ coat of arms.
Then, when you will be having breakfast served by your butler you will think to yourself:"Started from Neobux, now we're here"

I have a dream too. So simple and so hard at the same time. To have a job where I won't be "a slave" to anybody, to be healthy and have a lovely family that I can support financially and ethically.

    This is all I want!

u have a dream? u gotta protect it
p.s: if you looking for a butler hit me up :D

but no joke, u can make it if u put ur mind on it and work hard enough, however be careful what u give up on the process, u need to give sacrifices in the process, don't sacrifice people around u, i have a friend who did just that

Did you move to the US yet? Or are you still in the UK? You said you were visiting her, so I was wondering if you finally moved yet bro :)
As for me, being a 17r old, lol I haven't given much thought about my future. But I will soon.

I'm moving there next Thursday. Getting married in 2 weeks! :D

Ha! Think about offering people flights into space, and then scale that up! Wow!

Space entrepreneurship has yet to be scaled, not because of technological or economic barriers, but for political reasons. We've done just about all we can do with chemical rockets- and we have the engineering knowhow to make the shift to nuclear- which are a whole different league and could reduce the costs of orbital flights exponentially- but it could be some time before people warm up to using nuclear rockets (especially for upper stage access to LEO). Jim Dewar makes a pretty convincing argument:

    http://quantumg.net/dewar.php

And you're right, at $100 a pound or less, you'd basically be turning what is currently a $300 billion dollar industry into $20-30 trillion dollar one (not including the value of things mined from asteroids).

With a patent on a nuclear rocket, you could basically be Darth Vader if you wanted to.

    Nice house...

The problem will not be buying it my friend, it will be to maintain it!

    Good Luck!
