    hello,
I have a domain name it already blasted backlinks from 5 months ago by GSA, it's indexed in google and google did't penalized it yet,
    (g o l d e n c h ea t . com )

now my question what about if i started use it again,, is there any probability to get penalized ?

    THANkS

Check its status in google webmaster tools. Providing you dont do anything stupid, it should be OK. Try it and see - no point speculating :)

Just go to GWT and add your site - you'll need to verify it first, though. This isn't completely neccessary but it may shed some light about the status of the site. Honestly, it's probably fine. You already said it hasn't been penalized so add some content, build some good backlinks and see what happens - providing you haven't totally spammed it to death.

    Code:
    http://www.google.ca/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=google.com/

I don't know if that tool is really accurate or not, but the only thing that could be bad is link velocity penalties. Building GSA links for 5 months then dropping it off right away looks like SEO 100%, and is unnatural.

There is always a possibility of getting penalised when using automated tools to build backlinks. So just hope it doesn't get penalised soon and get a few strong backlinks from PBNs and guest posts if possible.

OP, your domain is spammed to death:

Even if it remains indexed, there's the possibility it will never rank. My suggestion is to de-index it and move the content to a brand new domain, then start a careful and slow seo campaign (if you use GSA, be sure to build only quality links, I saw lots of guestbooks among the backlinks).

To deindex from google you can use robots.txt with
    User-agent: Googlebot
    Disallow: /
