    Hey guys.

I am really very very sad today. I am doing a business management course from 1 of the top 15 business colleges (under graduate) in India. I am finding the course really easy but I HATE THE CROWD AND THE COLLEGE AND THE FACULTY AND THE RULES AND REGULATIONS

I hate everything about my college, Its almost 30 minutes away and starts at 8.10am, 6 days a week. Its pathetic, the faculty just comes and delivers the lectures and then goes away. All we are expected to do is to cram up things and score good marks. I find no use of such education, education should be for enlightenment not for the sake of examinations.

I am not bragging but I have always had friends who are very well financially and so I have that tendency to spend money like crazy if I think something deserves it or I'll have fun.

My classmates are misers and won't spend even 30% of the money I am willing to spend so I am stuck at stupid food joints when I could be at the clubs partying.

So my number 1 problem is the CROWD
number 2 problem is faculty and the education system.

THE MOST IMPORTANT PROBLEM IS ALSO THAT I DO NOT GET ENOUGH TIME TO SPEND ON IM. I WANT TO LEARN AND GROW BUT WHEN I COME BACK I GO TO THE GYM AND THEN WHEN I COME BACK FROM THERE I ONLY GET AROUND 3-4 HOURS TO SPEND EACH DAY

Please get me to think positive about my college coz there is not much I can do about it.
Also I have to maintain a minimum of 80% attendance, this also sucks big time

carson is right but the movie just triggered the thought in my mind WHY STUDY SOMETHING THAT WILL NOT HELP YOU IN YOUR ULTIMATE GOAL?

And at the same time I have hated my college with passion from the very first day. The day I entered there, I was DOOMED

    There's no point ;)

I'm pretty sure your parents have put you up to this.

I've been quarreling with mine for a few months now. You should study - I don't need it, and so on and so on.

Really, I see no point in education, unless you're from the US (or outside the US, but REALLY smart) and have the funds to go to an Ivy League college.

And, EVEN then, you're going to nine-to-five it most of the time.

So, if you think you're really good with your IM you should just quit and tell your parents to STFU. Or, if you make a decent amount of money, you should go live somewhere on your own.

P.S. Do you have some affiliation with Sahastrabudhhe lol :D Virus :)

i have exactly the same situation , i am doing engineering and i wud say it sucks ! literally ,all these dumbass know about engineering is that it is something we cram all day, talk about spark plug for example ,a guy knows shitload about it but when asked to show where exactly it is within a car , finds himself clueless ,thats the height of bookish knowledge
the problem is that people let themselve suffer by not taking risk and always choosing safe or dumber option and regretting afterwards, so i would say screw it and move on , work on IM ,take time off your class , bunk them if need to and grow for a better future not for a bitter one
