ping your backlinks.
Do you have a sitemap? Did you ping your links so that G knows about them? As far as I am concerned it's abnormal. G should at least have the homepage indexed in two months time
Normal unless you're not indexed.
Google also likes to "hide the ball" with backlinks, so you shouldn't really rely on what they say to begin with.
Yes my whole site is indexed and has been for a while, its just im looking at my domain with SEOquake, and Yahoo backlinks display at 600, and google none, ^^ seems like they hide them i guess, or dont allow you to do that kind of search.
Google does not show your backlinks on purpose. They do this for two reasons. First to keep someone else from finding all your links. Second to keep you from knowing exactly what links are indexed and being used, makes it harder to tell exactly how much worth they are giving each of your links.
If you used a particular unique username when you created you links do a search for that username in quotes and see how many show up. That will let you know how many have been indexed. If they have been indexed your links count. The same thing if you are using articles, make sure it has a unique phrase you can search and see which ones have been indexed.
Use webmaster tools, and you'll see the exact amount of backlinks that Google is showing.
One of the reasons they don't show it publicly is because they don't want competitors to find all of your backlinks and spam them.
that has never happened to me before, google usually show my backlinks in 2-3 weeks. what i suggest is use g wbmaster tools if you havent.
