Keep the $100 in the bank until you have spent considerably more time reading the forum.
$100 is too low to be thinking about PPC IMO, and there is no such thing as a safe investment, there is always risk involved.
Minimise that risk by reading and learning more.

100$ is too low and as a starter more chances are that you may loose this too in a fraction of seconds, instead save this money and get some quality stuff to study from internet itself, read perrry marshall, videos on youtube, adwords guides on google.
You don't have any product to sell nor any services to offer as of now, so where you want to spend this hard earned 100 bucks, in the meanwhile do something for livelihood and keep studying hard about IM.

Today's business sector is quick and huge and $100 is similar to $1 these days to put resources into online biz...So simply continue spare your cash with you and study a ton in BHW. BHW gives you more information about PPC and other administration too..So perusing and getting experience is a major speculation here since online business you needs more imagination and you ought to be extremely focused. of course cash additionally essential however for perfect spot ventures you require creativity....

Could You two explain this a bit more than "100$ is small amount" ?
To me it seems pretty straight forward. You think of right keywords, catchy slogans and the rest is up to landing page and maths

If you don't know what you're doing, that $100 will be gone faster than you can blink. It seems pretty straightforward, right? Just bid on some keywords, slap a catchy slogan on your ad, set up a landing page, and watch the money roll in.

Unfortunately, the reality of it is that there are many factors you have to take into consideration, and these factors will not only affect your conversion rate, but also your click-through rate (CTR) and your bid amount.
    • Is the average bid on the keyword within my budget?
    • Will the keywords convert?
    • Will my PPC traffic respond well to my landing page?
    • How do I organise my landing page while still complying with the ad networks guidelines?
    • Is my product or service priced reasonably (unreasonable prices=lower conversions rates even with an excellent CTR)?
    • How can I raise my quality score to lower my cost-per-click and get a better ad position?
    • What times result in the best conversion rates?
    • Which days result in the best conversion rates?
    • Is something in my ad deterring users from clicking it (increasing CTR)?
    • Which ad rotation is performing best and why (split testing)?
    • When should I begin split testing again (or should I never stop)?
    • Should I include my phone number in the ad to avoid paying for the keyword (how do I track calls coming from Adwords)?
This is just scratching the surface of PPC. Luckily for you OP, Bing Ads and Google Adwords offer courses that won't make you an expert, but it will provide you with a basic understanding of it.
Depending on your region, there are also vouchers you can use if you're new to PPC advertising. If you have a local business in Google Local like I do, Google may also send you a $150 voucher in the mail.
If you really want to get into PPC advertising, start learning and use the vouchers to apply what you've learnt to your advertisements.

Most of your points are irrelevant regarding to this PARTICULAR ad delivery medium.
these are the only ones who really are related to PPC
    and who's talking about Adwords?

plus there is this important factor no one talks about - your ad , no matter how clicks it will get will be exposed to many users. which means brand or slogan(even sh*tty) will get noticed. there is more to PPC than CR's and budget

To what "particular ad delivery medium"? This is the General PPC section and Swurlej did not specify a PPC network that they were interested in or their intent, so I used Adwords and Bing Ads as examples.

Regardless, I see what happened here: you think that my post was directed solely toward you, but in actuality it was directed more toward Swurlej than you (this is why I said "depending on your region" and provided links to a couple of courses and vouchers for the OP). I was originally going to respond to your post by itself, but then I figured I'd kill 2 birds with 1 stone.
You actually bring up an interesting point about branding, and what you say is true if your goal is branding (now your initial post makes sense; you use PPC for branding purposes) .

However, some people on here use PPC advertising to advertise affiliate products. In this case, these people don't care too much for using it for branding purposes as they're just trying to sell someone else's product or service. I'm assuming that Swurlej is more interested in advertising Clickbank products based on their post yesterday where they mentioned wanting to get their first sale with Clickbank.

I suppose we'll just have to wait and see to find out exactly what Swurlej intends to use PPC ads for, but for now I'm going to assume it has to do with Clickbank. :)

In case of clickbank or other affiliate product, if the product is popular enough, the branding might already be done by someone else. If you promote it with 'right' keywords it's just a matter of who gets the click. Similar case with free movie sites stuffing cookies to big online shops or whatever - last one gets the commission.
Don't know about bidding on brand names on Bing and Google, but i'm sure lots of platforms allow this kind of stuff.

I suggest you save your money because split testing ppc campaigns requires a good deal money to find which campaigns has the higher ROI.

If you really want to jump in with that $100, then
    1) track conversions
    2) target longtail, exact match keywords, or try kw modifiers that are lower funnel search terms.
    3) bid extremely low, and don't worry about bid minimums (to start).
    4) only bid on branded terms if you are organically outranked.
