Hello i bought a license of Xrumer, atm i have very lack of time because of a lot of projects ... i need someone who know how to control it i can deliver all needed stuff like Accounts / posts / proxys and so on, you should know how to use it because its not that easy you should also find Forum lists and places where to post special Websites which i deliver

You can simply load jobs and schedule them with Xrumer, you don't have to babysit it. You can even get the next job that needs to be done from a URL. Trust me it's very versatile and it's easier then it looks.
 
Try marketplace section there are some VA providers maybe they can do this for you.
 
so what do you need someone who explains it to you, or someone who runs it for you?
you can hire an va on odesk, but i think you get better results if you learn it yourself.
its easy to use and even with limited time you should be able to handle it.
afterall you can schedule projects like already mentioned before.
 
You purchased Xrumer without knowing how to use it? Did you not realize that Xrumer has arguably the steepest learning curve of all SEO software? And to top it off, you purchased it, knowing you wouldn't have the time to learn it? And not only that, you purchased it, hoping someone else would use it for you? You do understand that they don't want their licenses shared amongst multiple users, per license, correct? Good luck, but personally, I feel like you just wasted money.

All he needs is a VA who knows how to use it, I don't think it's as bad as you make it sound.
