    Hello,

I changed my IP, Credit card, Name, Address, i reformatted my computer... I changed everything.

And for some reason I got blocked again right after I made a sale, why is that? Maybe because the credit card is under my name?

    Thanks in advance!

Sometimes it depends what you were selling.

Why were you blocked at first ? Are you selling something which is against ebay's TOS ?
They cannot know on whose name the credit card is issued.

I was blocked at first time because I sold stuff for my own home and 2 customers complained they received it broken so I suggest to return their money if they will return back the stuff, one of them agreed after opened a case and the other one refused and left me a negative feedback and after few days I tried to list again and got blocked.

Today I listed Ray-Ban sun glasses (original of course) and they blocked me after 4 hours.. I can't understand why =\

If you did all that within the same day it might seem a little bit suspicious, Ebay might have thought the account was compromised.

There are probably multiple reasons why (was the credit card used in your banned account before?), but I quoted what I'd guess is the main reason. Ray Bans are items which are counterfeited often and so listing something like that (even if they are legit) on a new account will get it suspended every time. Look at it from eBay's perspective - a new user listing a high risk item, how do they know if you're a legit businessman or a scammer? They don't, which is why you have to basically earn their trust. You need to lay low when the account is still new. Your first item should always be some useless low risk item because it is manually reviewed by a human at eBay and if it's something like electronics or anything high risk like those sunglasses, you'll be instantly banned. From there you can continue to list low risk items for feedback and eventually you'll be able to list higher risk items. eBay stealth is a marathon, not a race and you have to treat it as such.

even if it's a dynamic IP, the problem is with the IP pool that got you banned, was the router reset?

Thanks for your reply guys! Yes, I did change my IP and reset the router. jmt123 it seems like your right, that's the only thing I can think of. Since the reason of the ban wasn't like "We have noticed this account belongs to other accounts"

So that's the only thing I can think of..

As said above, don't list one of the most highly counterfeited items as your first item... Looks like a duck... smells like a duck... Ebay will treat it as a duck.

Must've been what you were selling. EBay are all pricks.
