I Got Someone's SB Licence in My NEW VPS

I buyed my new vps from hostwinds Installed my tools but after i download and copy SB Folder to my desktop and run it i saw it was activated to someones name . Is this a bug or something ? I could 't find a option to change my license . Then I logged into my old VPS ( Which Expires today where i have uninstalled all my tools for SB I just delete it's folder ) After login I download SB copied it's folder to Desktop and run it and wooh It's Still Registered Under my name Please Help me BHW Community Removing my License from my old VPS and Changing my license on my new VPS
 
Contact Scrapebox support, they'll give you a tool to reset the license on that VPS. Then you can proceed and activate Scrapebox as usual.

Edit: while you're at that, ask them also how to fully erase the license from a machine when you're done with it, lest the same thing happens to your license. And if you shared that response here, that would be helpful.

It happened to me recently as well. I contacted SB support and they sent me back some auto reply garbage that didn't help at all. Theres really nothing you can do but use SB as it is on your VPS until the owner of the license transfers it, then you can license it with yours.
 
Yes I Know I Will be able to use my license after the other guy activates his license on other PC/VPS . But today My old VPS expires and as my License stays with it .
I have contacted SB Support but No answers till Now

They Should really FIX this problem with their new update of SB v2

Why Didn't I got this type of License Before Buying my SB LOL

Right Now the Only this On my Mind to save my License is Contact my old VPS provider and request them to reset my VPS . Maybe this would help .

EDIT: It's a Shame for SB they are for more than 5 Years In Buissness but still have this shit bug/problem aswell as Manuall Activation . I Think many of users Didt Buyed SB Because they already got it free

I don't know why you don't go ahead and contact support. I had a lot of exchange with them, and were actually helpful.

When I advised you to contact them on your issue, I was speaking from experience. I was unable to activate SB on a VPS once, and their support sent me that tool. I have it lying around somewhere, but when you fire it up the first thing it says is to run it only if directed by SB support. So...

If you didnt get any reply from support, how did we email you a link to a special build that was made to fix this issue?
 
You should contact support of Scrapebox !!! they will definitely help you out!!!
 
the link email I was talking about is months ago old .

The content of the email is still relevant, ok then please post the first 4 digits of your Transaction ID so i can see why you are apparently not receiving our emails.
