I am not sure this is the correct place to ask this question, if moderator think so please place it in correct category. I bought 1 rayban wayfarer from seller 'nm18789', I received item after 40 days and when I checked item it was not original rayban wayfarer, its a copy from china. I sent her many emails and asked her to refund but she did not replied. what I did till now. 1. I raised paypal dispute in first place when I did not receive item after 20 days than she emailed me and sent another replacement and asked me to canceled dispute so I canceled dispute - Now I cant open another dispute. 2. I reported this member to ebay support but nothing has happened. 3. I emailed ebay support and ask them to send me refund - they are suggesting me to go to paypal. 4. I emailed all buyer who bought from this seller ask them to check rayban wayfarer and compare with original, they also found she is selling fake product. 5. Now I am daily send email to refund but she is not replying. Please suggest what to do next? Is there any legal action I can take as she scammed many people in ebay.
