Yesterday all of my keywords disappeared from G, including my domain name when typing it into G, which always ranked fine and my site is 3+ years old. I have done SEO to the site over the last 3 years, but just definitely started SEOing it hard and was buying services here. I bought the following Services over the last month and one obviously screwed me hard:

My question is, what do I do now? I invested roughly 3-5k here on SEO for this site alone and hadn't yet ranked for my keywords relating to selling YouTube views and my site completely fell off for all keywords. I have no idea what to do, since I always hire others to do my SEO. There was no message in WMT, but oddly SerpBook says two of my 48 keywords still are ranking alright, although all others dropped off and even typing in my site name doesn't come back with a result. Should I disavow all links for the last couple weeks? Give up and move on to the next site? Keeping SEOing? I'm lost at this point and have no idea which direction to go with this site now. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

90% of the people who try to recover from a penalty never will. If I were you, I'd register a new domain and 301 the old one. I've also never seen disavow actually do anything so I wouldn't recommend that.

And just to confirm: when you type into Google info:http://website.com your site doesn't appear?

It seems that there has been a lot of movement in the last couple of days. I would be patient if I were you to see what happens next. If you really want to recover, then I guess you have to hire an expert to take a look at your site. On top of my head, I can think of Matthew Woodward.

Yup, unfortunately nothing there when I type my site in like that. My site is nowhere to be found. I thought it was just the penguin update everyone was seeing yesterday with ranking changes, but everything dropped off, so I'm sure I'm sandboxed...

Thanks, I'll be patient, but I've seen the dance before, this is my site disappearing, not just moving. Hopefully Matthew Woodward can give some insight, I'm open for whatever. Whatever did this to my site was from one of the several services I purchased here on BHW unfortunately.

No, I mean I did use the above services on my 3 year old site I purchased these services over the last month. It got sandboxed yesterday.

Double check to see if anyone did any negative SEO on your site, then I would 301 redirect everything to a new domain

No NEG SEO as far as I can see. So what exactly does 301 Redirecting do? ALl the positive impact it had goes to the new domain? What about whatever negative things in googles eyes, whichever service messed my site up, does that not transfer to the new domain?

I asked the same question earlier but didn't get a direct response.

I'd pressume the answer is no, as you can probably transfer some penalty weight along with the traffic\authority. Probably why he was asking if you could see malicious backlinking. It would be crazy to allow someone to spam the shit out of a domain, and allow them to 301 and be absolved of harm after penalty\de-indexing, so I'd doubt Google would allow it to be that easy for us.

With that said, I wouldn't know where I'd start. I've heard of little success stories on here about the disavow tool and requesting a manual review after to fix errors.

Just be extremely careful moving forward with what services you use, and specifically how\when and often you use them.

Before you give up, try blasting it with social signals off fiverr and wait a week and if nothing happens, clone it to a new site and canonize it.

If he\she was to copy paste the site, if it were de-indexed, on to a fresh domain (host ip too worst case scenario), would it receive less consideration because of duplicate content\"cached" results?

If I were you I would just buy a fresh domain. I mean the effort you have to do to get out of the trouble you're in takes alot of time, time and money you could use to get ranked again on a new domain.

Just unindex your website and reuse all content. Thats the best thing mate, I know, I've been in the same situation :D

Try the disavow tool, but I have seen a couple case studies which suggest it only has an effect after each major Google update. So it could be a while before the tool comes into effect. I'd personally go the 301 route. You bought far to many low quality services to recover fully imo.

I wouldn't touch the disavow tool,it's a hands up approach to admitting you've been backlinking in your case. You can't blame any of those services you picked them.I'd wait 2 weeks at least this update is not near completed,it appears more like a roll back to me.
Do as above and 301 to a new domain,I wouldn't waste time and money trying to recover.Wait 2 weeks at least then 301.Hopefully it's not a big domain because I would simply transfer the complete site to a new domain and 301 every page to the relevant page on the new domain.

Once done start building decent links to the new domain the 301 will eventually weaken, make it consistent linkbuilding not random blasts.I remember when people wanted as many links for buck on fiverr, those days have changed(simply because the kind of links that works with aren't on fiverr!).

I'd build quality links for 2 weeks or so,this is just to make sure this is permanent.Learn seo so you know what you're looking for.A service is not much use if you do not actually know why you are using it and it's place in your linkingbuilding strategy. These services may have too many similar types of links etc.
I'd give it 2-3 weeks easily before looking at other options.Best of luck with it.

That is a very agressive to book all those services in 1 month. Massive sites don't get that many links in 1 month.

This is a problem many people have.

What people don't realise though is any SEO / link builder you hire has more control over the success of your business than you do.

But still everyone chooses to put the control of their business in a $47 service.

Thanks for the heads up :)

    What I Would Do

    1) Ignore any advice in this thread that is based on someones loose thought/opinion and hasn't actually done any analysis

    2) Get my hands dirty and do my own data analysis to measure exactly what is wrong and form a solid plan of action to recover (as opposed to pissing in the wind like point 1)

    3) Follow this tutorial http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...ink-profile-fix-current-future-penalties.html

    4) Do that for the URL that you have seen the drop for, and compare that against the current top 3 in your niche

    5) It will quickly become apparent where you are going wrong

    6) Link analysis - create a short list of links to be removed, mass contact them, then mass dmca, and finally disavow if all else fails

    7) On site analysis - looking at the site at the moment it is lacking a bunch of qualtiy signals and just looks like your average quality run of the mill site. Think authorship, video, rich snippets, content strategy, social signals and so forth

    8) Once you've done all of that, you will have the data and knowledge to create a solid plan of action to recover.

    9) If anyone tells you to 301 to a new domain ignore them - they are inexperienced SEO's - every penalty is recoverable.
