I got an email from Instagram that my account will be suspended soon - What can be done?

I have had this account since years now.

This is what the email said:
your account will be suspended soon
Hi,
Your account will be suspended soon because it doesn't follow our Community Guidelines on spam.
Once we've suspended your account, you'll have 180 days to log in and disagree with our decision, or your account will be permanently disabled.

Hey man same here, I have even posted anything there still got an email saying that my account will be suspended. My tab for emails from Instagram is empty which is really suspicious
 
Same here too, just got the exact email to me a hour before. I believe that i haven't done anything to be spam.
 
Just disagree and if your account following all the guide lines then you can appeal the decision within 180 days of suspension and you can also reach out to Instagram support center.

Same here even my tab for emails from Instagram is empty
 
I had the same problem, but somehow, I changed my ip or used my phone to log in and I was able to open it.
 
Same guys, received an email but haven’t been suspended yet! does that mean that there’s no problem with the account, what should be done now :(
