I've put in a lot of efforts in writing 6 review and getting them on the front pages of google, but still all i see is 1-2 sales nothing else. How much do you really make with clickbank by writing product reviews?

pretty simple actually.

1. Write a better review to increase conversion rate.

or

2. Promote a better product that converts better for your visitors.

or

3. Get more traffic to your review pages

or

4. Make sure you're targeting the right keywords (enough search volume, highly targeted to your offer)

Do you mean 1 - 2 sales / day / week / month? What exact local search volume do these products have?

Your lucky to get 1 or 2 sales, i havent got any at the moment for my new blog with articles ive written.

Im promoting popular products and im on first page of google, but i dont think the product names get that much traffic.

1-2 sales per month. search volume is about 1000 - 2000. high gravity products.

A search volume of 1000 means spot 1 gets around 500 unqiues / day. with 2 sales you'd have less than 0.5% convertion rate. How many people go through from your review to the actual product?

I've seen about 200-300 people visiting the review page per month.

25-30 went to the sales page.

That means around a 5 to 10% convertion rate of what actually gets to the site. That would be normal. You can't do much about that. All you really could do would try to make your upselling more compelling so that more than just 25 to 30 people of 300 go on. That upselling doesn't seem compelling enough.

Well I'd say that is not too bad! Get more traffic - that's all you need to get more sales

hey mate- do you reckon a review site will convert better than a pure sales page ? -

- I just ripped al the graphics and copy from my cb product sales pages - is this actually ok/ normal ? they said use any thing ?

i bought a shit oload of traffic cos they do convert and it easier than serps

Never trust Google Adwords External tool data.

I have ranked many clients to top of google for competitive keywords only to find that Google lied all its traffic figures.

Always target your affiliate blog by three sources 1> seo 2> networking sites 3> email If you have cash you can go for ppc as well, but I won't suggest that.

An around ~1% conversion rate for an info product is actually pretty good. I'd say keep working, and multiplicatively building your CB reviews up. From the sound of it, it WILL pay off in the end!
