I go on the internet and people are like "what?" when I tell them where the money is.

For example, they're drawing something, saying they make no money from that and I tell them "you can do xyz to get money, that's just a little change" and they still don't get it.

Monetary ignorance is terrifying!

In my family, we didn't get food on our plates if we didn't earn it ourselves.

Those people inherit apartments and houses from their families.

Guess what they do with that. You guessed right, they play computer games and watch TV.

It's not monetary ignorance, they just think that what they have "created" is invaluable.
Most of these people will end up alcoholic when they actually need the money.

Everyone has a different opinion, not easy trying to convince others to your point of view

i think it is more of skill monetization ignorance.

a lot of people have skills but are ignorant of how vast and fast the internet can help them monetize their skills.

93.45% of people you speak to for the first time on the internet are idiots.

Albert Einstein said that.

I think that most people just don't believe in their work, think that their creation is invaluable. I was thinking so for a long time too. It's a really frustrating thing, but everyone should "create" their own things!

Well, you see the problem is that you did not provide much info. Educating them would be a hard-sell if it is too good to be true.

Not everyone was born CEO like me.

I am a businessman. Just look at my profile picture.

This is the longest sentence I had read in 5 years.

Sometimes it's just about inheritance! You gotta get that inheritance, whether it's directly from your family or from someone's else family. I am a smart ass.

You Bet That's Not The Only Way Although I would suggest it as a last resort in case you failed every time in your life and just don't have any other way most of the time you will succeed if you start out young :smirk:
