I forgot my bank's password and I can't recover it online.

    Why people need a cellphone to recover it? I don't have one, so I have to drive to bank tomorrow! horrible~

    if you have an id or a debit card then bring those with you. they usually can just send the reset password link to the email registered on the account, but you probably don't have an email either. :rolleyes:

    i hope you not try steal someone hard earn money, there kids go starve

    That's pretty much what every bank does, mine will never send the password over a phone either; better safe than sorry I guess

    What's the big deal in walking/driving to the bank and giving a proper application?

    Somethings are MUCH better done in the real world than online... no need of examples on this. lol

    I had the same problem, you have to go there in person, for security reasons they cant give it online or on the phone

    Thats why you should make it a random 4 words and then some numbers if needed,its more secure that way and easier to remember.

    The bank guys need 10 minutes to change your password. Go to any of the nearby branches and ask for a password reset. THey might give you a request form which you need to fill up. Depending on your bank and country, the ATMs might also allow you to change the online password.
