Too much consumption and a life of partying really caught up to me. I quit so I can get healthy, and especially so I can focus on I.M. more. For a while, I drank a bottle of Smirnoff (700 ml) a day. :sour: Fun to some extent. But eventually you wake up and realize you're a chemically addicted idiot. Blah I got a stupid little tattoo with the date I quit (yesterday). To remind myself forever. Anyway: Anyone want to share tips on sobriety / increased productivity / recovery? I'd prefer not to end up like poor ol Amy Winehouse. (e.g. get sober, and then keel over after playing the drums... bummer...) Any other teetotalers on BHW got a story? Thanks! Peace!
