    Hello
Since the last October I'm working on a project that required me a lot of effort and budget.
After have built a private PBN of 20 sites now my website is ranking #08.
But after reaing again and again the article on my homepage... I don't like it. I think it's too tiny (1300 words) and doesn't converts well. Also I fear it's not well onpage optimized because It doesn't have lists, it doesn't have quotes and on the homepage my main keyword appear 3,5% of times.

What is your suggestion? Would be crazy write from the beginning a new article? Would I lose the ranking?

More words isn't always better. I have sites with under 250 words of content on the homepage that convert and rank great. Good use of headers and images make it very easy for users to understand the page.

1300 words are good enough. Do some on-page optimization including good headings and images, which makes sense to the readers.

Why do you want to make your article longer? A well-written article that gives value to your target audience is what you need regardless of its length.

Your homepage article depends on the amount of information the site has. It's not about longer or shorter. It's about giving enough relevancy according to the silos of your site. If that needs to be 1000 words or 5000 words probably you are the only one that can judge it.

if you have invested on a 20 pbn network and havent invested on your main moneymaker article you need a slap. Go hire a professional writer on textbroker and make a 3000 word article with some useful information.

im assuming you put in about 2000 usd into the pbn, if its a real pbn, so why would you slack on what is a 50 usd article, makes no sense to me.

I always see this people that dedicate all their time to linkbuilding and nothing to content, they essentially put up a garbage article on a site with like 5 pages and try to rank it.

My biggest affiliate site gets 600-1000 visitors a day and sells about 600-800 a day worth of products. You know what percentage of that traffic is to the homepage? 1.6% from google analytics, rest is to internal pages with high quality articles that people actually are greateful for.

Get your content game up brobean, work for it.
