Starting small and scaling is the way to go for people just starting out. Very often people set very unrealistic goals that demotivates them after some time.
Facts! I remember when I made my first $1 from blogging. When I got my first payout which was around $12-13 I bought a G of weed to celebrate lolThe first landmark in blogging is pizza day. It's when you make enough money from a website by blogging to buy a pizza. This is how competitive this field is.
I hope you listened to my advice back then. I'll soon run 10 businesses thanks to it. One of them being tech blogs network. Imagine you could move to any country of your choice in 2 years with this mindset.OP, set some unrealistic goal and see how far you can go. I would say you should say $10k monthly and realistically expect $2k per month in 12 months.
The lower goals you set, the more struggle you'll go through. With proper mindset you will reinvest the most money and quickly obtain new knowledge and insight.
freelancing?I remember when I started when I was 13 years old. My total expenses were about $100 per month. I set my goal to $3k per month immediately and achieved it within 6 months.
I hope you don't fall into this gimmick of setting small goals. Go big or go home. That's IM. It's your second full-time job. You won't make money if you don't work.
As it's been 10 years, I don't see anything below $10k / mo bringing me any sense of gratitude, wellness, better self-esteem or whatever else you need.
It might have to do something with the fact I am masculine and I identify with whatever I am doing on every level.
freelancing?
