i dont get it how paypal knows???

Ok now 3 of my paypal accounts got restricted. And in the last one they say that until i resolve the issues with my other two accounts its not going to get solved. Now i don't know how they know? that the other two accounts were mine. What are they cross referencing? Ip address checking? what are they doing?

Actually it depends on how you are using them. For example, I have multiple paypal accounts, but linked with different bank accounts and under my family member's name etc... So, they are also cross referencing what kind of business you doing with those accounts

Why people use more than 2 accounts at a time when they can add more 9+9 emails to them!!!!!!
Sites like paypal even analyze users internet behavior through cookies.

All of this is the factor if you did'nt know this then you shouldnt have made additional accounts .Flash cookie is the number one thing Paypal Looks for then the rest .If you need help setting this up properly so this doesnt happen again PM me .

ok i learnt a lot today on how to do this right. Any idea which are the best cleaners out there to clean my cache so that paypal's cookies are all removed. I learn about advanced cleaner and cc clear

Dude, you gotta get Better Privacy, a firefox extension. It gives you great control over getting rid of Flash cookies. You can set it up to delete them every hour and on application open/close.
