I wanted to promote email submits with iframe but than I saw that to get the lead they must to fill 2rd page and 3rd so I don't understand it:
I'm really newbie and I read ebook about cpa that explain that the payout for multipage offers are more like 8$ (if I remember right), so why the payouts of email submit is 0.75$-2$ if its multypage too??
also, why to put email submit if on the 3rd page they ask mobile phone. I could promote mobile offers and get 6$ for that.

what the different? btw I tried to submit only email but there is no conversations.

oh and sorry about my poor english.. I hope u guys understand this.

You need to find email offers that payout "after email submit" or however the network words it when you choose to promote a specific campaign. A lot wont pay out until a second page submit, and sometimes you'll find decent paying offers and other times it'll only be $1-2

Yes I want to start CPA campaigns, and I thing if its e-mail submit then it should be e-mail submit on first page. For running successful campaign probably you should spend some money - then you realise that they should go on page 2 and fill other info - well its ridiculous!
