I created a fake WH blog for faking CPA networks and have a question. I added a bunch content but wont it look funny if none of the blog post have comments?

Should I just turn comments off. Or should I take the time to comment on every blog post to make it look like the blog is active with visitors.

Also whats stopping the CPA networks from checking my whois info to see when the blog domain was registered? If they see the domain was registered last week and I have a years worth of content on the site wont that raise a red flag?

The network won't go to that sort of trouble unless you are doing some well out of the ordinary. If you are using PPC to drive traffic to a weblog then they won't care about your content. Just tell them it was done to improve your Quality Score for Google Adwords. They will understand that.
