I can't upload images to fiverr

Hi guys, sorry if I am posting this in the wrong section. I started a fiverr account and I wanted to make a gig, but I couldn't upload an image for my gig. It tells me that my image is small. When I try bigger images, it still tells me that my image is small. I have even tried to upload some of the images that other sellers uploaded, but the problem remains.

I tried doing this with a different browser too. I went on fiverr site, but I couldn't find a solution.

682*459 is the minimum dimension required for images to be uploaded. Resize your images and you should see upload going smoothly.

If your images are 682*459 and fiverr still does not allow you to upload the pic, then clear your cache&cookies restart browser.
These actions should make it work.

They are bigger than 682*459

I found they had to be the EXACT size.

Use a different browser and clear cache. it works with me on good browsers.

Problem solved !!

Thank you guys. Here is what I did in case someone has the same problem:

1. cleared the cookies.
2. reset the browser.
3. downloaded and image.
3. used paint to resize the image to 1000x1000.
4. uploaded it

I have tried to upload big images (1000x1000) before from the internet and it didn't work. I think resetting the browser and re-sizing the image myself have helped.

Fiverr puts such strange dimension requirements.

Before, i have similar problems. Make sure your image format is .jpg
