I can't understand how to get rid of online stalker.

Hiii! I've had an online stalker for a while and I always thought he uses my phone number because he is always finding all of my social media accounts. Yesterday I got a new phone and I knew what to do - I didn't insert my SIM card. I connected to my home wifi and created new account for my phone. I logged in a new instagram and facebook. Suddenly I got a new follow request on ig and I was sure it was him. I started thinking he may have hacked my wifi because the sim was not inserted. I downloaded a wifi thief detector and found nothing.
Now I seriously have a problem understanding what he could be doing to stalk me everywhere. The phone is brand new which means I never used it before. The only thing I did was to use my home WIFI but i didn't find anything when checking for thieves. I also ran a malware scan.
Could anyone tell me what they think? I'm losing hope I can get rid of him.

are you really sure that this your stalker? maybe it was just a random follower on ig
how do you know thats him?

what about your email or other details you need for login or registration
perhaps you will notice something or come up with new ideas

from what ive heard, it doesnt help that much
the police are not really interested in such things only if there is a bigger danger
nevertheless i recommend you to report it to the police as well

Look, I can't be 100% sure it's him because the photos are not real but they were 10 and they were posted 8 minutes ago. Very suspicious.
As for the registration I don't remember everything because I signed in facebook instagram etc. But I'm sure that at first I didn't insert my SIM.
