When I try to send money to another Payoneer account they show me message says
Before you can make a payment, you need to receive additional payments from one or more of the options below
1 Connect with marketplace, network or business platform integrated with Payoneer
2 Provide a customer marketplace with a local currency account
Any solution PLZ

You need to verify all things in order to send money to another Payoneer account
 
you have to receive paymnet from marketplace like fiverr first.

It's a personal account I'm freelancer and they ask me to provide my website and some documents and I did it

Yes I received many payment from multiple platforms like amazon and ebay. .. but still the same thing

It's been more than month they provide my account but it better to contact them

I have the same issue. I only withdraw to bank or use ATM. I'm guessing it was because I bought and sold some funds in time past. Seems they only want genuine payment transaction transfer to other Payoneer users.
Don't waste your time with support. It's an irreversible action.
Find a way to open another one if you must make within Payoneer transfers.

No When I received my first payment they requested some documents and my website and I sent them next they provided my account and everything it's good
 
My account has been like that for years now. I think it is a kind of intentional ban from performing the action. And believe me, they will never give you a satisfying action or reverse the issue. Just find another way and move on
 
You need to have recieved $5k i think before you can send unless you are a registered company
 
Map function (make a payment) is applicable once you receive an ACH payment from a partner. In case you have already done that then just talk to them via chat. Payoneer chat support is one of the best and they will handle that for you. (Had this issue before so nothing to worry about, just talk to them)
