    Hi Guys.

I dont know what the problem is really. All I know is that a few weeks ago, I build some .edu backlinks for one of my subpages. Not the homepage.

It all was good. My link building strategy was more then good. I jumped up from #7# to#3.

But now, my site is dancing on google. And when I try to see if my backlinks are dead or not, I cant. Im using Yahoo! site explorer to check the backlinks, but nothing from .edu sites there.

Is there any other tool I can check this with?

If you want your .edu links indexed, you've got to direct backlinks to it. You can either do social bookmarking or commenting using the .edu link so it will be indexed. I'm probably guessing the .edu links are from forum profiles?

Yes rabenus. The .edu links are from forum profiles.

I dont really know what profile link is or what forum profile link is.

I assume that forum profile is something like: www.university.oxford.edu/forum/user=xstyle.php

    ?

    should i ping them?
How can i backlink to the urls? From my main money site or some other site?
