    Sup Blackhatters,

Do you know that problem, U have a good Idea in mind, you know what to do and how to do it. But you cant get it done?
I have that. For example. I am doing a psd to html. I have a 8 to 5 job and I recreate a psd to html in like 3 hours.
If i am at home and I would do this. I cant even get the header done in 2 hours. Because I am not that concentrated. I keep going on social media sites etc. Or look on bhw for more ideas but I can't even get one Idea done :/

Do you have some tips or something to get shit done in my life?
    Thanks

ps. dont say stick with your 8 to 5 job. Because Its only for 3 days & I earn like 250$ a month there making websites where I can make one website at home for 250$ (why i dont do that is because i cant get any clients)

Quite simple, just focus and don't get yourself distracted from your plans. Set goals and do whatever to reach them. If you get so easily extracted you never get where you want to be.

It sounds like you have ADHD or ADD (use google and read about the synthoms). How ever it still about focus, set goals (small one) an get them done.

    1. Open a word document, write EVERYTHING thats needs to be done.
    2. Make also of medium-goals (one goal per day)
    3. Make smaller goals (finish this goal before xx pm the next before yy pm and so on).

If you have problem to get started and want to go BHW, then think like this: "Okey, first I do this for 5min, then I go BHW". If you start you most likely also finish it. :)

    P.S I have ADHD :)

I been buying a lot of office toys and supplies.

One thing I recommend to everybody is getting a dry erase white board. It's awesome for keeping notes and just being organized overall.

Normally, i just logged off my social media accounts and set myself a goal, Like, i must right more than 3000 words article before coming to BHW or any where else.

You can try the advise given by other BHW members too. It's worth it.

    - Separate yourself from your phone
    - Plan the sh*t you're doing to do the day before, this way you have a plan and you're not trying to both figure out what to do and do it at the same time
    - StayFocusd (Someone said that. You will get annoyed at it initially, but it does help.)
    - Don't jump straight from work -> work - get an awesome meal, go work out, etc. to separate your day job and your entrepreneurial endeavours
    - CLEAN THE AREAS YOU WORK IN - this was huge for me. Messy space, messy mind.
    - Don't try to do everything at once - schedule yourself for less than you can take on, and then you'll be excited to complete that to have "free time" on your endeavours
    - On the "separation" note, I have found that showering moves me from one phase to another
    - Temporarily delete social media for a week or so and see how your productivity skyrockets - you probably won't reactivate it

It is difficult to stay focused on your goal in this social media generation! I watch Rocky marathon when I lose track, sets me right back on the track! Jokes apart, if you have time, spend more time on freelancing sites and start bidding.

To make my earlier post a litle bit clear.

Mian Goal: Setup a WP blog, with Afilliatates.

Medium goal 1: Set up the blog
Medium goal 2: Apply for affiliates
Medium goal 3: Monetize affiliate links

    Goals:
    1. Creat a bhw account
    2. Find 3 good threads about amazon affiliates
    3. Read the threads an sum it up.
    4. Start a thread about the things you still dont get.
    5. Upload wp
    6. Install wp
    7. Apply for affilate

Really small goals, you get it. I just use a excel spreadsheet its great for filterfunctions, links and so on. I finish about 80-150 goals per day so you might understand how "small" I keep every goal.
Also get "pocket" for your phone and computer (saves stuffs on the web for later). When you see something interesting dont read it, save it. With tags like "wp, bhw, amazon, 100$ method".

How ever, good luck and hope you get started :)

One thing that works well for me is to create a check list on a piece of paper. NOT ON YOUR COMPUTER.

Each day I have 3 main things that I want to get done. I keep that list in front of my at all times, usually next to my mouse on my desk. Not only is it a constant reminder of the tasks I need to complete that day, but when I do finish those tasks, I physically cross them off with a pen. Doing this allows me to "finish" that task when I check it off with a pen and paper and feels great.

Give it a try, you will be surprised how simple it is, but how effective it actually is on your productivity!

I second this. I have ADHD pretty bad. Cant get shit done if even the slightest distraction. Must take care of all distractions before the adderall can really laser focus that attention. And when the laser gets focused it's great.

I had to get rid of my girl friend too. Seriously she was a huge distraction. That's how serious is it to get rid of ANYTHING that gets in the way. If you want to be successful you can let nothing hold you back.
