I don't think that this is a good idea...but you can try.
i more meant about the diffrent from the fb account name, and the credit card name.

As long as the city matches it should be good, hopefully your friend doesn't try to run ads with your money.

you can try your luck.. cause so far as i know.. if you using diff name from your account and the cardholder your account will got suspended payment 1st when you try to start run the campaign ad.. then you need to verify it like this and if your lucky fb will re-activate your friend account back with your cc

Never happened with me so fare... I have created ad campaigns for variety of clients from variety of accounts name never same so far never got in any trouble unless you are doing something shady..
