I can send 10k Email per day, but i don't know how to monetize

Try warming them up and filtering the list before you send them offers....might improve your conversion rates...

Maybe send them to various opt-ins in different niches, turn the scraped low quality list into high quality list that you can warm up and market to over a few weeks with multiple products.

Then after you've marketed to them for a month or so. Move them to a new list and either just send them weekly emails or start to sell solo ads using that list.
