I can build target specific email lists, all collected in person. How much is that worth?

    Title says all. I can build them from talking to people in New York City with my main job. Also, collecting facebook, twitter, instagram is easy too.

    What are people willing to pay for a service like this? and what are other methods of monetizing this service?

    Yes these are worth something and pretty much the only way to monetize this if you aren't going to market to these people directly is to sell the information. The price you can charge depends on what kind of market data you have but in general, consumer email lists can go from 80-100 dollars per 1,000 names.

    That being said, I would tread with caution in selling people's emails unless you are very clear with them that you are going to share their information in this way. The CANSPAM act has some pretty strict guidelines on what you can do with information. I'm no expert on that but you can read more about it here,
