You just said you can build sites, why do you need somebody to build them for you?
So a 3 way split?
You partner has premium domains and traffic.
You have basic SEO skills.
Not sure that deserves an even split.
It would be helpful if you state the niche but if you are reluctant then just state the traffic figures for the current sites, including how many sites are currently up.
