Umm what was your idea when getting the domain ? That will tell right there rather or not it was a good choice .
 
I checked how often the term "growing help" is searched on seobook, nothing came up =( Guess it could be good for a mentoring program or something.
 
How much did you pay for it? It has potential, but of course it depends on what you paid and what you actually do with it.
 
Write up a marijuana grow guide and push some seed shops.. Put more thought into your next purchase. Could save you headaches later on.
 
Hey nice thinking Keedev. Guess you could cover other niches like gardening as well, im sure you could redirect to a gardening ebook or something
 
i hope ur not gonna ask us about every domain u purchase if did "make a good choice".. every domain (at least the ones without hyphens and numbers) can be a good choice..
 
hmm i think thats a good choice of domain, can be used in a lot of market,
  • internet marketing
  • self help
  • etc
 
If you have a very good budget behind you it pretty much doesn't mater what domain name you use.

Otherwise consider doing a keyword search to see how many people are looking for your particular idea or niche, that will give you an approximate size of your potential audience.

Like Keedev's idea though.

You could always start building stretching racks for midgets and market them on your site (LOL) :)
