i bought the second hand BMD from BHW members,but he failed to send me licences

Hi,everyone, i bought a second hand BMD from the member of BHW with paypal,but, after around 10 days waiting, he failed to give me the licence,this is my second purchase from him,first time, he send me the licence, but, second time, i send several PM to him, there were any response, then i claim non-receive item with paypal, the whole thing has took near one month, there still have no any result, today, i opened my paypal account, the status as:

The seller has responded to our request for tracking information. We haven?t confirmed the tracking information yet but wanted to share it with you.

If the seller send the first download link to paypal i am afraid that i will lose my money, any suggestions?

If i lose money, i will write a thread and report this guy from India，everyone should avoid to deal with his

File a dispute with PayPal. Hope you didn't sent it as a gift.
 
BHW has a shit list section. You can use it.

I wouldn't touch a second hand license unless I know the seller personally or they had excellent rep on here as a bare minimum.
Even then - second hand licences for anything are often a PITA.

I was about to make a WTB thread for a BMD license. This thread changed my mind. I guess I'm better off getting a valid one than risk losing money.

BTW,I think you need to check the Rep,the time user from whom you are buying has spent on BHW.

Also,I think it would have been good if you would have mentioned that person's username as I have seen shit list threads really grab user's attention really fast :rolleyes:
 
Was he a newbie member or was a old member? To be honest, buying a second hand license isn't worth it as might go throw issue like these. I would rather spend some extra cash and it off from the original buyer.

For now, file a dispute and wait for paypal to investigate the issue for you.

Same thing happened with me recently and PayPal sided with me. I told them I didn't make the payment. Maybe that's why.
