Is this normal? All my private proxies I just bought have the same ip address and different ports. When I goto what is my ip etc it shows garbled information and wont display an ip address.

Those are reverse proxies. What you got is not a proxy, but a gateway, which will automaticaly and periodically select proxies from the pool of thousands of domains. Do you even know what you are buying before you buy it?

Its from a recomended site massproxy.com, this thread recommends them! blackhatworld.com/seo/100-000-instagram-followers-a-day-blueprint-to-success.913728/ I'm having a real nightmare getting them to work with bluestacks and privoxy, spent like 10 hours on it and it wont work :( Soooo depressing!

That is right. Thank you @Nargil.

That is actually incorrect. As there are services which work like you said then our work a little bit differ. We set on output static proxies and we do not change them.

    Hi, @pritch!
I think the best will be if you reach to us via ticket we will try to help you. Our proxies work OK but I do not quite understand the structure you want to apply using our proxies.
Also you may try to ask OP of thread you mentioned to help you resolve this problem if this is method which you are trying to copy.

    All the best!

Yes your proxies are fine! It's certainly an issue with instagram super spam prevention algorithms :(
