Good morning, I have a question for you.
I received a community guidelines strike on a my video in 15 june. I appealed this strike the same day. Today is 2 july and I didn't receive answer from youtube... Is it normal this? Other people received answer after 24 hours...
Thanks in advance for your answer, goodbye!

    go to www.youtube.com/features

at the very bottom right corner of your warning message see if there's a small text saying "declined" or something. or appeal declined, or what ever it says in english.
if so they checked your video and decided that their decision stays.

i made a 100% legit video with direct download links, no funky business, no black hatting, no PPI or anything, just a friendly tutorial, with honest download links, in hopes to get views and likes and shit....
the niche was an extremly popular one, so i got flagged without the people even checking my video. then youtube banned the video, and i appealed.
they claim they have checked out my video (which is total bullshit, else they would remove that dumb strike) and they decided the warning stays...
great, blackhatting and ppi, no problem! but make an honest video with honest free direct download links and you get banned, because people who wants to make money on the niche flags you and youtube will not lift a finger to see if the flag is warranted or not... ><

ok sorry about personal whining there lol :D
but as i said, check bottom right corner of the warning message. it's spelled in small letters, i almost didn't see it myself. i got my reply less than 4 hours after the appeal. also check your e-mail, when they give you the finger they also send you an e-mail telling you that you just got the finger.

    from youyube:

Thank you for submitting your video appeal to YouTube.
After further review of the content, we've determined that your video does violate our Community Guidelines and have upheld our original decision. We appreciate your understanding.

Now what they are really saying is "some spammers flagged you, so we scratched our butts then picked up the ban hammer. Even though your video does not violate any of our rules we are just going to pretend that it is, because that means less work for us. have a nice day. *finger*
