I have a WordPress blog at the moment. I don't really have the time to write posts regularly, which I feel is necessary for a blog to make money. Do you guys agree with my decision to give up with WordPress and take my posts and turn them into a static site?

I don't have much money (none) or enough knowledge in CSS to design a website. So I was going to look for a template. Or do you have a better idea?

You can do this really easy, First make a new page and name it and publish it, then go it dashboard-settings-reading and tick the static page and choose the page you want. also you can choose the page for a blog specific page there.

I am not wanting to create static pages in WordPress. I am trying to create a new site that isn't with WordPress, but have my old posts on it.
