I am trying to use Telegram on PC

You most definitely can use TG on desktop without phone, I’m surprised that no one here seemingly knows how to import TDATA/telegram sessions.

You buy a TDATA account, download TG desktop (make sure it’s the portable version), then import the session file into TG desktop and that’s it. I use 100s of these for scraping purposes.

You need a phone number to register TG. And TG on the desktop requires a QR code. So basically you need to install TG if you don't have a TG account.
I assumed that you could install TG, register it, log in on the desktop, and then uninstall TG on your phone.
Is it possible that you require an SMS fee from TG? Changing the VPN or logging in with Telegram X will help.

I don't know if I can install TG on phone, I am absolutely not trying to. As I said - if there is no option to have TG on PC without installing it on phone, than I will not have TG, simple, no need for wasting Your time :)
