I am tired on this Guy TheDutchlegend, I need my Refund ASAP

    It was my mistake from the start for not doing my due-diligence before dealing with @TheDutchLegend >I should have been more careful and should have read threads here about him scamming people.

    I will start from the beginning, I added him on skype from a server as I was impressed with what he had to offer(the Instagram Coaching). Anyway, our deal was to buy his Ebook+16 (HQ accounts and HQ proxies) accounts for $70 after that he was supposed to help me with some guidance.

    It was Saturday evening when he sent me an invoice for our agreed amount of $70 which I paid immediately as soon as he sent it.

    As soon as he got the money the painful process of following up with this guy started, I thought I would get my stuff immediately but I am having nightmares dealing with this guy. As you can see below from the chats it took him 5-6 hrs for just delivering his shitty Ebook and even to get that you can see how much I have to follow up.

    Let's talk a few words about his Ebook which he's selling for $38. The ebook has a total of 33 pages but guess what its full of all the basic info about CPA and IG in fact very basic. The Ebook is full of empty spaces and grammatical mistakes, it's not even worth $5 forget $38. I can give a copy to mods for review if it's required.

    It's not the end yet, now I am constantly following up with this guy to get my 16 accounts since Saturday and now its Tuesday. I am sick and tired of his bullshit explanations of why he could not deliver me the accounts. If he did not have the accounts I should have been told about that.

    I warned him yesterday about putting a thread here if I did not get my accounts yesterday but I think he didn't take me seriously :)

    Now I am not interested in his accounts anymore as I am tired of following up with this guy. I can't wait that long and I need my refund. Even if he sends me the accounts I am not going to use them, I have run out of my patience.

    I need my $70 back asap, I could pay $10(which is still a lot) for his shitty Ebook if he wants but I need at least $60 back for wasting my time.

    If mods have any questions then I am available to answer it, kindly approve this thread so others know to never deal with this guy.

    I contacted him on skype after I saw one of his thread here and wanted to know more about his process for IG. I have attached 2 images below which will give you the idea.

    I have attached the PayPal invoice which has been paid which was sent by him. The PayPal email alert in my mailbox for his invoice and the initial deal which we finalized.

    As for his acknowledgment for receiving the payment all I have is "I see" by him which I have marked with red.

    I hope its enough as evidence, kindly let me know.

    Since we only want to have happy clients we have refunded the payment to Dear Tiwari. Although the eBook was delivered we have failed to deliver indeed the accounts in time because we were experiencing server issues. That doesn't give the reason to not deliver our client what he has paid for there for the buyer has been refunded. Although only few hours after the refund were needed in order to fix the issue with the server. All server issues are fixed now and you are free to comeback whenever you need. Thanks for your attention.

    I liked the gesture and @TheDutchLegend has refunded me in full.

    I have also got the confirmation of refund from PP.

    Just a small note for @TheDutchLegend. You have to charge VAT (at least notice it on the invoice, even when it's 0%) when you are active from the Netherlands. I'm just saying it, because it can save you a lot of trouble in the future.
