I have already spent 1000s hrs reading and I am ready for ACTION. My ultimate goal is offline consulting. My market is jobseekers or anyone trying to supplement their income. Offer them turorials, videos and updated content to get started. Get them a free trial to my membersip site.
What I need now is help designing the membership site for me.
I will share my success to help fellow bhatters. The pressure is on because my 9-5 got outsourced! My first preference is WP but will consider the suggestions of the designer.
All the scripts/tools needed for the project are here on BHW so let me know if you want to help out. My budget is a pathetic $0-150 so Help me out.
    Thanks

Have you go the content ready? I'm sure you can find a membership script here. But Offline market and job seekers sounds great together. But what alot of them tend to ask is how much have you made so far.

What ForeverNever said, if you can't figure out how to install Wordpress I suggest learning the basics (how do I upload my website / register a domain) first before trying to become an IM Guru.

I have the content. I know I have made a few bucks here and there but could not proceed because it was not full time. Now I have the time and I am ready to go.

Ropinda - not all designers or programmers are the same. There are a billion WP pages out there but very few make money for you to live on.
I need help with the design and if you read the first post I am willing to pay. PM me if you have the magic touch :)

ok. so you need help with WP. well from what i hear in this little thread you started, you haven't read the right ...threads. there is one that speaks of offline marketing, how to go about the "paid" version of a free website to tutor someone, you should really just go to your best friend and ask it.
When I say best friend, I mean GOOGLE.
a little advice, get yourself some business cards start placing them in a niched area. instead of paying the 150 out for traffic.

Just get it and running.. you can always revise it, update it later... take action now - good enough is good enough in the beginning...

Noone Perfects everything when starting. When You get into IM and wait to perfect every thing you that involves IMing, You will never start your first campaign. I think a person who is New to Marketing should spend 25% of there time researching outside the box, What I mean Research HTML Coding, PHP Coding, Wordpress Setups-Plugins, SEO, and other stuff that doesnt just go into the money making section because the better you get at all the above the more you will make...

Sounds to me like someone spent 'thousands of hours' reading and re-reading "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and "The 4 Hour Work Week" instead of RTFM.

Best of luck with your venture...I'm off to figure out how to make more stuff work.

Thanks for all the advise. I have read the thread about
$2000/mo Membership Site Using Offline Marketing
and it is great. I think getting this membership site will greatly help in implementing this method.

I was lucky and I started earning a lot of money the first day (3k first day) and I had to learn heaps about everything lol. I had an unstable income which was a lot at that moment but I knew it wouldn't last. I research and did more research and found heaps of stable strategies to make money. I was/am earning money through facebook and make $300-$500 a day through that then my more stable methods I make $500 a day. So that's $1000 a day.

Reason I'm saying this is.. It's never too early to take action. Even if it's not perfect make it then make it perfect.

very good points. i don't know how i would be able to pull off half the things i do without my coding skills. this is a must to learn.
go to htmlclinic dot com to learn the html basics. you'll be glad you did.
