I just turned on my PC and noticed this on the bottom right part of my Chrome -

When I right clicked on it to see the "inspect elements", I saw this -

Anyone has any idea what it is?

P.S: Checked my extensions, nothing new is there.

I think it has placed there to make you click on the red heart, and that may be a dating thing.
I did not seen anything like that.

Edit: It seems it have something to do with iobit.com, a software for speeding up PC and Internet connection.

That thing actually doing something clever. It's replacing the ads I see on screen by it's own dating ads!!

Any idea how do I get rid of it?

Sounds like a browser hijacker. Give combofix a try, it's a malware removal tool. Its gotten rid of some pretty nasty shit on my computer a few times, so it should take care of this. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/combofix/
