well ,sorry abt asking for spoon feeding,plz forgive for that
I have almist 30 domains ,all expired
I know mainly wordpress
little bit short of time ,so whats fastest way to create PBN and get ranked?

Register and host those domains at different hosting services. Use different themes for each site. Create social profiles if possible to make it look original. Post content & leave your backlink.
Try to avoid Google webmaster tools to add sites.

First of all, since you are new to this and you got the domains yourself, you should definitely make sure that the domains aren't penalized. Checking anchors, domaintools screenshots, archive.org etc is a must. Because if you don't do that, 20 out of those 30 domains can be easily penalized. Not to mention, that they might not have enough quality to get you ranked.
