Available To 2-3 people. These ip's are spread out over quite a few c-classes. American & Canadian ip ranges.

I'm giving access for free, so long as your not connecting to the same networks as me. In exchange all I ask is for is a favor down the line maybe. I'm just not using all my bandwidth right now (or cpu) so i can afford to do it for nothing.

It's a nice offer duke,but in any case I'd warn everyone:
a) what are those proxies? 2000 private ones?
This does not exist in this world.
If they require authentication it's a botnet, otherwise maybe we just got a misunderstanding and those are self-scanned proxies not found from a proxylist ?

b) I'd suggest if you are using such proxies ONLY use them through HTTPS
