I have a few campaigns I am running that bring in around $20 per day, but I want to step it up. The way I am advertising now is on Backpage but I was thinking this might be great for youtube as well. I have no idea how to get started.
I have read you need a thousand or more videos to be successful, and this is my question:
Do you manually just download videos related to what your doing, then watermark them or put a 10 second intro in them with your URL? Is this what is happening? And then you get them ranked up?
How do you guys go about doing this? Is it a complete manual process? I have seen some services about video branding but the one I saw the people ended up getting screwed from the seller.
    Thanks in advance.

You can do a number of things:

    1. create your own unique video, I use camtasia studio 6.
    2. create X unique intros, different size different length and span them in the beginning of each video.
    3. get a youtube video poster and upload your videos.
    4. get a youtube bot, visit these videos and rank them until their view count will freeze (youtube will freeze views around 350)

this should do for a start
