What to do when feeling a lot of depression and feeling hopeless, unhappy and want to alone??
Go for a long run... lift some weights ... do something to get your blood pumping.
Search for that high conversion method for POF and enjoy your days
Take a break.
1. Walk 15-30min three times a day... go to park, or some other place.
2. When you start to feel depressed lay down in a quite place. close your eyes just imagine that your mind is empty.... and imagine everything is painted in white.
3. Eat Green Vegetables and avoid things having too much sugar, cholesterol, alcohol, beverages.
4. Drink More Water.

Go and make some money. Thats what I do when Im unhappy... and happy
Get a pack of smokes, a bottle of wine, and get drunk. Then go to sleep. The next day when you wake up you'll be thinking different.
what works is... to be creative
(i produce music, or digital artworks)
when you get the - flow experience, that you get when you are totally immersed by your actions... you forget everything around you - and the best : you have results (songs, artworks) you can be proud of.
another hint : stay away from social networking sites (fb etc) they make you feel lonely and bad - you see others happy and believe they have success, a better time than you, etc) they are good to stay in touch, but not to receive social help

Get a Gallon of water, Drink & Drink
Do this 200-500 a day. Till your body full of sweat.
After that, go shower. And you will feel refreshing.
Hang out more with people and try to get your mind off your problems...

You can't have it all no matter how hard you try.
If you accept this reality and work towards your goals in life you will begin to see
the world as a journey with so many bends that you must pass through...
Tough times don't last, tough people do. Remember that and keep pushing forward. Also, as has already been mentioned, go for a run and get those endorphins pumping. After all, Endorphins are your bodies natural anti-depressants. I also suggest staying away from alc and drugs, because you don't heal when you numb the pain. And lastly, for me, it always helps to just throw on some reggae and chill. Here are some good uplifting reggae songs to get you feeling better:

When you feel depressed you need to just keep yourself busy and remember that there are happier times ahead. Remember back to when you were happy and know that will return.
Just ask yourself what is causing you to feel this way?
Is it lack of money? Is it lack of companionship?
Then do something every day that slowly solves the cause of the problem.
i.e go chat to people or do gigs for people and save a little 50% of your earnings.
Usually I light up a big one.

Take break from online routine it gives me a lot of depression to0, if you can afford a flight ticket to asia.... lets say vietnam, take $500 backpack surrounding countries stay in ultra cheap backpacker hostels it will be super fun
