if you wanna learn w/handson exp. : so create a account on azure portal they give you $200 credits for a month create some VMs start collecting logs (data collection rule and info. about connectors are important) use some KQL query to filter logs after that use automation like getting auto generated alert by using SOAR automation this shit cover everything for soc analyst role SIEM+SOAR.

I think you still need more time and a big learning phase, it is not easy as you think, and once you are good to go, you will find the answer for "how I get job in this plz guide me for that"
