I am building my own PBN and have a question about domains

My domains avg DA is 20+, DR 7-12, TF 8-10. Backlinks are not spammed, anchors are clean.

Are these metrics good enough?

go to bhw marketplace section and see what other seller are providing at what cost, and get an idea.

Metrics are just metrics. Good if you want to get an initial grip on the domains, but not sufficient if you do an in-depth check.

What's the RD of those domains? A half decent domain will cost you $300+ these days. A really good domain around $1000.

Anything less than that is high certainty subpar and the metrics will be all around the place, so selling based on TF for example, when your TF changes from 20 to 5 every other day is impossible.

Non spammed backlinks and clean anchors are just a part of the check. What about the history? Were the domains abused in the past?

It depends what you want to achieve, if you want to try and sell a $5 PBN links or maybe $200.... For the latter you'll need crazy good domains and know what you do. I wouldn't start with it if I were in your position by the sounds of it.
