    As in the Title people

I am absolutely fed up wearing glasses.

They get me a headache and are very irritating after an hour and I have to wear them most of the day.

    Is anyone else fed up?

Surgery is bit dangerous I think in fact I dnt think there is much to help

I had laser eye surgery done about 4 years ago. It was the best $6000 that I ever spent.

Did you talk to your eye doctor or where ever you buy your glasses?
If you don't want surgery you can try contacts.

Laser eye surgery here in Romania is 500-1000$!

Come here, take the laser surgery, go back and don't forget to find some prostitutes before leaving! =)

Why don't you get Proclear Contact Lenses?

    They are pretty good.

I personally think that glasses make your eyes weaker, since the lenses are developed in a way to hurt the visual part of your brain (Occipital Lobe).

There are natural exercises that improve your vision. I know 2 people who drastically improved their vision with these exercises. I'm going to try them myself, once I have more time and money. I think they take like 1-2 hours a day to do and you have to do them for several weeks to get good results.

Only available in the UK, but basically you wear them every night and then in the morning you take them out and you have a full day of good vision. Pretty cool technology.

My vision is very bad, -5.50 and i used to wear contacts for years but they bugged my eyes so bad. I just wear glasses now mostly.

Acuvue Oasys are the best contacts IMO.

Try taking lutein/zeaxanthin with bilberry/rutin. A good part of vision fatigue has to do with diet and or your prescription may need adjusted if you haven't done so in a while. An off prescription or just beat up glasses in general (need adjustments) can result in double vision and eye muscle problems.

If you're having problems just at the computer then you can get prescription computer glasses from your optometrist or from a company called gunnar, they both take the strain off your eyes.

If your problem is only at the computer and not anywhere else, while wearing glasses. If you get eye pain as well, you can try those computer drops made by "Similasan". Not sure of their effectiveness. There is also an app, "http://www.stereopsis.com/flux/", which can reduce eye strain by providing warm/cool colors depending on your settings/time of day Then again if it's just a problem @ the computer, it could be just stress in general.

Contacts will help as well, if the problem has been ongoing.

Lasik 12 years ago. I still see better than my peers.

Save your money and have it done ... you will not be sorry.
