So last night the owner of http://usaproxies.net asked me if I would beta test his news SB windows VPS he is about to debut.

I cheerfully agreed. As soon as I logged in I figuried the best way to test it would be with a dry run from start.

    Scrape,Post,Check,Rss

So when I scraped I used my 2 favorite keywords to start the keyword list

I wasn't thinking that since I have 50 domains all loosely targeted to these keywords it would not be such a great Idea..

within the hour hostwinds.com suspended my vps. Upon being unsuspended I find that the cpanel that hosts the bulk of these domains (out of sheer laziness when I began the account I set up one domain for the cpanel and made the other 50 add on domains)

was getting hit again and again causing the VPS to use 30% of the resources in the total server node. WOOPS I launched a ddos attack on myself...lol

Lesson of the day: If your sites make you money, don't host it on companies that suspend your account on the first rise of traffic...

Most all shared hosting will do this when you consume high amounts of CPU. Gotta get yourself a dedicated. :D

Ooops! At-least they were nice enough to unsuspend you :) I would get a high-end Windows VPS and either a Linux (w/cpanel) dedicated or VPS server to help with the load on your sites.
