try the above password recovery, if you do not have any alternate e-mail on record then there is nothing much you can do.

Yup password recovery is about all you can really do..Be prepared to answer every question you can about that account aka folders recently sent and recieved mails contacts etc. But if its really yours then you shouldnt have too much of a problem.
